- Cancellations
- Minimum stay is two nights per booking (1 night bookings available on request, one week before arrival). Please enquire about our minimum night stay policy during our Peak Season as this may vary.
- During our peak season, full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
- 1% Tourism Levy included.
- All rates listed are on a per-room, per-night basis including full breakfast.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- 50% of the accommodation total will confirm the reservation, the balance must be settled 30 days prior to arrival.
- We accept all major credit cards, but not cheques.
- Regrettably we do not have wheelchair facilities.
- No children under 15 years and no pets.
- In the event of non-arrival, the total cost of the reservation will be charged for. In the event of shortening a stay after arrival, the full amount remains payable on unused accommodation (or at the discretion of the management).
- Compulsory New Year’s Eve Dinner on 31 December for R5000 per person (includes beverage). Price is inclusive of 15% government tax and service charge, as well as subject to change without notice. There will not be a New Year’s Eve Dinner for 2023
- Management reserves the right of admission.

Our terms of cancellation before arrival vary during different times of the year because of the demand on room reservations. All percentages are based on the rate of the room that you have booked. Please note that these terms do not apply to our Special Offers which have their own terms.
Our terms of cancellation before arrival are:
High and Peak Season
A full refund is offered 30 days or more before arrival
There is no refund within 30 days or less before arrival
Low Season
22-29 days: 25% is payable
15-21 days: 50% is payable
8-14 days: 75% is payable
0-7 days: Full amount is payable
Credit cards
Visa and MasterCard: 4% is payable.
American Express and Diners Club: 5% is payable.
Bank transfers
More than 29 days: full amount refunded.
Less than 29 days: above mentioned policy applies.
